Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Omnifitlife Pvt Ltd ("YourTrainer", "we", "us"), a company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By creating an account, booking a consultation, or paying for any of our programmes, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services we provide
YourTrainer provides personalised coaching delivered by qualified human coaches. Programmes currently include:
- 90 Days Transformation — a structured 90-day fat-loss programme.
- Sukoon — a recurring membership for live yoga and pilates sessions.
- Ultimate Personal Training — 1:1 / couples coaching by application.
- Free 30-minute discovery consultations to match you to the right programme.
- Workout plans, nutrition plans, progress tracking, weekly check-ins, and direct chat with your assigned coach via the YourTrainer mobile app and website.
We may add, remove, or change programmes at any time. If a programme you are already enrolled in is materially changed, we will notify you and offer to migrate you to an equivalent programme or refund the unused portion.
3. Account and eligibility
- You must be 16 years or older to use the service.
- If you are between 16 and 18, you may use the service only with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Health disclaimer — please read
Our coaches are qualified fitness professionals, not licensed medical practitioners. The plans and advice we provide are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or medication from a qualified doctor.
Before starting any programme you confirm that:
- You have consulted a qualified doctor if you have any pre-existing medical condition (heart, lung, kidney, liver, neurological, pregnancy, post-surgery recovery, eating disorder history, etc.).
- You will disclose, fully and honestly, every medical condition, injury, or medication that could affect safe participation.
- You participate in physical exercise at your own risk and will stop immediately if you feel chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, or any sign of acute injury.
5. Payment
- All programmes are paid in advance.
- Prices and currency (INR) are as quoted at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your full card or UPI details on our servers.
- Taxes (GST) are charged in addition to the listed price where applicable.
- Discounts, EMI options, or coupon credits are subject to the specific terms displayed at checkout.
6. Refund policy — 7 days
We want you to start without risk. Our refund policy is:
- 7-day full refund window: if you are not satisfied with a new programme within 7 calendar days of payment, email us at privacy@yourtrainer.in or message customer service at +91 70036 73240 and we will refund 100% of the amount paid for that programme.
- After 7 days, programmes are non-refundable except where we have failed to deliver the promised service. In those cases we will work with you in good faith to either fix the issue, extend your programme, or refund the unused portion.
- Trial classes (₹499) are non-refundable but are credited back to your account if you continue into the full programme.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
7. Programme commitments and outcomes
We will:
- Assign you a qualified coach and nutritionist matched to your goal.
- Deliver a custom workout and nutrition plan within 48 hours of activation.
- Run weekly check-ins by chat or video for the duration of your programme.
- Reply to your messages within our published support hours (7 AM – 10 PM IST, customer service and consultancy lines).
We do not promise specific outcomes (e.g. a fixed kg lost) because outcomes depend heavily on your adherence, sleep, stress, and biology. For the 90 Days Transformation, if you follow the plan as agreed and do not hit your goal by Day 90, we extend the programme at no extra cost until you do.
8. Cancellation, rescheduling, and pause
- Sessions: please reschedule individual 1:1 video sessions at least 12 hours before the start time. Sessions cancelled later than that may be marked as consumed.
- Subscriptions (Sukoon): cancel from the app or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until then.
- Pause: Ultimate Personal Training tiers include 7-30 days of paused billing per programme — message your coach to request a pause for travel, illness, or family emergency.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute any of our plans, videos, or content.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Send abusive, threatening, or harassing messages to coaches or staff.
- Use the service to obtain medical diagnosis or to treat any medical condition without involving a doctor.
- Impersonate another person or upload someone else's photo as your own progress.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
10. Intellectual property
All workout plans, nutrition plans, exercise videos, guides, mantras, and other materials we provide are the intellectual property of Omnifitlife Pvt Ltd, licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Progress photos you upload remain your property; you grant us a limited licence to display them inside the app and to your assigned coach as part of providing the service. We will never publish your photos externally without your specific written consent.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (lost earnings, mental distress, third-party medical costs, etc.).
You assume all physical risk associated with exercise. We are not liable for injuries that result from you failing to disclose a medical condition, or from your non-adherence to the plan and safety instructions.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the law or our product changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change date means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
