Personal Trainer in Pune, Live Online from Your Home
Live 1-on-1 online personal training with a certified coach, a nutritionist and app tracking. Plans run ₹8,000 to ₹18,000 a month, with a ₹499 trial session to start.
Live 1-on-1 coaching for people in Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Baner, Koregaon Park and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Your coach joins you on video, watches your form and changes the plan every two weeks.
Short answer: Yes. A certified coach can train you live on video from a Pune flat or a society clubhouse gym. Sessions run 45 to 60 minutes at a slot you choose. Pune's traffic is the reason many people skip the gym, and home sessions remove that trip entirely.

Members, in their own words
“I am able to do my classes regularly, and I have certainly felt an increase in my strength and flexibility. I would recommend it to anyone who works full time and wants to build strength and flexibility.”
“I lost almost 8 kgs in the last three months. I've been trying to lose 1 kg, 2 kg in 6 months, but I never achieved these things.”
When you can train
Pune schedules: where a session fits
Pune's evening traffic on the Hinjewadi and Kharadi routes is what pushes training out of the gym day. Average traffic speed in Pune was 18 km/h in 2025 [1], so a short office trip can take far longer than the session. Our slots are placed around that.
6:00 AM to 7:15 AM
Early morning
Before the office run. A usual slot for Hinjewadi IT clients.
1:15 PM to 1:55 PM
Lunch on desk days
A short block for posture and hips, for people who sit through most of the afternoon.
7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Evening
After the last call and before the Hinjewadi or Kharadi traffic gets worse, or after it clears.
Clients who train from home skip the evening commute from Hinjewadi to Koregaon Park entirely. The session starts when the coach logs in.
Next step
The discovery call is free and takes about 30 minutes. Your coach looks at your schedule and sets your training slot with you.
A week in Pune
What a training week looks like for a Pune client
Many Pune clients work in Hinjewadi, Kharadi or Magarpatta, where the day can start early and end late. The week below is a pattern we set up with clients. It keeps two strength sessions and one HIIT session, a short desk break and one food check each week.
Your days, your times. You pick the days and the hours, in your own time zone, and a session can move when your week changes.
- MonLift
- TueSteps
- WedLift

See the week day by day
- MonStrength and conditioning6:15 AM, live strength and conditioning (legs and hinge) in the living room or the clubhouse gym before it fills, about an hour. A breakfast photo goes to your nutritionist by 9 AM.
- TueActive recoveryHit the step target your coach set, with 15 minutes of posture and hip mobility at the desk or in the office corridor. Logged as done.
- WedStrength and conditioning6:15 AM, live strength and conditioning (upper body) with bands and one kettlebell, about an hour. Sleep time is sent that night.
- ThuActive recoveryPlay a sport you enjoy, or take a 30 minute walk before the day starts. In the monsoon months this becomes a mobility flow at home.
- FriHIIT8:00 PM, live HIIT after the evening commute, scaled to your level.
- SatNutrition callWeekly nutrition call. A poha or misal breakfast with protein added and a planned varan-bhaat lunch are reviewed, and vada pav is an agreed treat, not an accident.
- SunRestRest. Weight, waist and sleep are logged in the app.
Pune clients who take a Friday evening session often do so because the Hinjewadi and Kharadi roads are slow at that hour. The slot is agreed on the first call and moved only with notice.

Where clients train from
Pune neighbourhoods and how the commute shapes training
Pune's commute is the main reason clients train from home. The areas below cover the IT belt, the older city and the edges, and online coaching works the same from each of them.

- Hinjewadi, Wakad and Baner. The IT belt and the flats around it. The Hinjewadi and Wakad roads are slow at shift changes, so the early morning slot is the usual choice for IT clients here.
- Kharadi, Viman Nagar and Magarpatta. Office parks and apartment complexes. Many clients use a society clubhouse gym on the heavier days and a room at home for the rest.
- Koregaon Park, Camp and Kalyani Nagar. Central areas with a mix of business and family schedules. Evening and late evening slots are common, and the plan usually includes a food plan for social dinners.
- Kothrud, Shivajinagar and Deccan. Established residential areas. The evening commute into the centre is the main constraint, so a home session fits the day better than a gym trip.
- Pimpri, Chinchwad and Akurdi. Pimpri-Chinchwad has its own commute pattern, with factory shifts and family homes. The coach plans slots around the shift and the household.
- Wagholi, Undri and Hadapsar. Outer areas with a longer drive to a gym. Most clients here train at home, and the plan needs no equipment to start.
How online coaching works from Pune
How a Pune client trains online, step by step
The process is the same as in every city we coach in. The first weeks are about your routine and your room. After that, sessions and reviews run on a fixed rhythm you can keep through a Pune monsoon or a long IT sprint.
A free call about your work hours
Around 30 minutes on Zoom or Google Meet. We cover your hours in Hinjewadi or Kharadi, your sleep, your food on a working day and what stopped you last time.
A plan for your flat or clubhouse
The plan fits your flat in Baner or Wakad, or the clubhouse gym in Hinjewadi, with meals that match Maharashtrian home cooking. Bodyweight work comes first.
Live sessions on camera
Your coach watches squats, hinges and presses on camera and cues one correction at a time. The camera frame shows your whole body, so the check is on every rep.
WhatsApp check-ins
A meal photo or a short sleep note goes to your coach. The reply is one or two specific changes for the week, not a long list of rules.
A weekly review and a plan change every two weeks
Weight trend, waist, energy and sessions kept are reviewed each week. The plan updates every two weeks from that record, and the monsoon or a project sprint is written into the plan when it is known.

That stretch helped actually.
Food from Pune
Pune food counted on raw weights
Pune breakfasts are often poha, and lunch is usually rice with a dal. Poha is flattened rice, and the national nutrition table does not list it, so the plate below uses the nearest rows: raw rice and raw chana dal. [2] Poha, misal and vada pav are counted by the portion your coach agrees, not by a value we do not have.
A Pune lunch plate, weighed raw
Values are per 100 g raw from IFCT 2017 multiplied by the raw portion. Your coach agrees the poha or misal portion, the oil and the sweets as separate items. Sabudana khichdi on fasting days is planned as its own meal.
What a Pune food routine means for protein
A usual Pune week has poha or upma in the morning, a home-cooked lunch with dal and rice, and a light dinner, with snacks from the office canteen or a street stall at the weekend. The protein gap in that pattern is at breakfast. Raw chana dal carries 21.55 g of protein per 100 g in the national table [2], so a dal serving at lunch and a protein addition at breakfast, such as sprouts, paneer or eggs, close most of the gap for a fat-loss plan.
Vada pav, misal pav and sabudana khichdi are not rows in the national table, so we do not put a number on them. The plan counts the portion you eat as its own item, with the oil and the bread or fried element on separate lines. A misal with dahi is a reasonable meal for many clients, and it is planned that way rather than avoided.
Pune's festival and family calendar is where the plan is tested. Ganeshotsav and wedding seasons bring sweets and late dinners. We keep the sessions, keep the breakfast protein and adjust one meal around the celebration, so the week still adds up.

Weather and training
Pune monsoon and winter, and how training adapts
Pune's monsoon keeps outdoor running and park sessions off the plan for much of the summer, and the winter mornings are cold enough to make the first session of the day harder to start. The plan moves the hard sessions indoors and keeps the warm-up longer in winter. We have not added a rainfall or temperature figure for Pune to this page yet, because we have not checked an official normal for the city.
- Monsoon, roughly June to September: outdoor sessions stop being the plan. A short walk becomes a mobility flow at home, and the program keeps the same weekly sessions.
- Winter mornings, December and January: the first session moves to a slightly later slot, with a longer warm-up and the room warmed before the start.
- Clubhouse gyms: if your society gym is open in the rain, your coach plans the session around the equipment it has, so the plan still works.
- Long evenings in the monsoon: the late session is the one most affected by traffic on wet roads, so the plan keeps a backup slot for that week.
Honest comparison
Online beats a Pune trainer for some people, and not for others
Online coaching suits you if
- You work at Hinjewadi, Kharadi or Magarpatta and the commute to a gym takes the evening.
- You want a certified trainer who watches your form on every session, from a home you already have.
- You have a clubhouse gym at home or a room with space for a mat and a few bands.
- You want your food plan to keep poha, varan-bhaat and home cooking, with portions set properly.
A local trainer may suit you better if
- You want a trainer to spot you on heavy lifts or to move your hands on a loaded bar. Online coaching cannot do that, so heavy barbell work is limited at home.
- You need hands-on treatment for an injury. A physiotherapist should lead that part, and we coordinate with them.
- You want in-person training in Pune now. In-person training currently runs only in Bangalore, so Pune is on the waitlist.
- You like the energy of a group class. Our coaching is 1-on-1, so the session is yours alone.
Local prices
What Pune coaching costs and what it covers
We could not find a published personal trainer price range for Pune from a source we can cite, so this page does not quote one. Our own plans are below, with what each one includes.
| What | Range | Note |
|---|---|---|
| YourTrainer online coaching | ₹8,000 to ₹18,000 a month | Three 30-day slabs: Starter, Core (the middle plan, with nutrition and WhatsApp support) and Elite with priority access. |
| YourTrainer trial session | ₹499 | One live session before you choose a slab, so the format and the coach can be judged first. |
Traffic for context: Pune's average traffic speed was 18 km/h in 2025, and the city was ranked fifth in the global TomTom list [1]. Chain personal training prices in other cities are not Pune prices, so we do not show them here.
Pune gyms and trainers: when they are the better choice

A gym or an in-person trainer can be the better choice for some Pune people. The list below is about fit for your day and your goal.
| Option | Range or fit | When it is the better choice |
|---|---|---|
| A gym near your home or your office | Monthly membership | Better if you want a full rack, machines and other lifters, and the gym sits on your route home, not on the far side of the city. |
| A studio with a trainer on the floor | Per session or package | Better if you need a trainer to load the bar and spot you. Ask whether you will see the same trainer each week. |
| Online coaching with YourTrainer | ₹8,000 to ₹18,000 a month | Better if the commute is what stops you, if your Hinjewadi hours change, or if the monsoon keeps you indoors for months. |
Ask any trainer how they check your form, how often you review progress, and what happens if you miss two weeks in a row.
Questions from Pune
Frequently asked questions
Can my Pune sessions happen in my society's clubhouse gym, not just at home?
Yes. Your certified trainer joins live on Zoom or Google Meet, so a session works anywhere you can prop up a phone or laptop: the living room, the balcony, or your society's clubhouse gym in Hinjewadi or elsewhere in Pune. The trainer watches each rep and corrects your form in real time, and your program is built around the space and equipment you have. Every session is live, never a recording.
Do you cover Pimpri-Chinchwad and the outer edges of Pune, like Wagholi or Undri?
Yes. Online coaching has no geography limit. We serve clients across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, including Pimpri, Chinchwad, Akurdi, Nigdi, Pimple Saudagar, Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Magarpatta, Camp, Koregaon Park, Kothrud, Wagholi, Undri and Mohammed Wadi. The slot is planned around the commute and the shift pattern of each client, because those change more than the distance does.
Should I wait for in-person training in Pune or start online now?
Start now if the commute is what has been stopping you. In-person training currently runs only in Bangalore. Online skips the evening traffic, and you still get live form correction, custom programming and weekly reviews. If you want a trainer in the room later, join the Pune in-person waitlist and we will tell you when trainers launch in your neighbourhood.
Should I set up a full home gym in my Pune flat, or start small?
Start small. You can begin with zero equipment and bodyweight programming. The next step is an optional starter kit: resistance bands (about ₹400), a yoga mat (about ₹500) and one kettlebell or dumbbell (₹800 to ₹1,500), under ₹3,000 in all from Decathlon or online. A fuller setup with adjustable dumbbells, several kettlebells and a doorway pull-up bar stays under ₹15,000 and is there for when you want a dedicated corner. Your plan is built around what you own at each stage.
Can you handle Maharashtrian food culture. Poha, varan-bhaat, misal pav?
Yes. Plans start from real Pune meals: poha at breakfast with egg, paneer or sprouts added for protein, a measured portion of varan-bhaat, vada pav and misal as occasional meals with dahi on the side, and sabudana khichdi planned around fasting days. Raw chana dal carries 21.55 g of protein per 100 g in the national table [2], which is why a dal serving stays in the week. Protein-first eating and sensible carb timing, without giving up the food.
Long Hinjewadi desk days leave me stiff. What does the training focus on?
The first focus is the desk. For 10-hour IT days in Hinjewadi or Kharadi, the program leans on posture work, mobility and strength that reverses long-screen stiffness, with sleep, hydration and recovery in the weekly check. Sessions are about an hour, so they do not compete with the whole evening, and a heavy release week is handled with a shorter session that still counts as kept.
How do you handle the Pune monsoons + winter chill?
Most training is indoors. During the monsoon, roughly June to September, the plan keeps its weekly sessions at home and the walks become mobility work. In December and January the first session moves later and the warm-up is longer. The same plan runs through every Pune season, so a wet month does not reset the progress.
How does pricing work compared with Pune trainers who charge per session?
Online coaching is billed by the 30-day cycle rather than per session. Plans come in three slabs: Starter (8 sessions), Core (12 sessions plus nutrition and WhatsApp support) and Elite (16 or more sessions with priority access). The slabs sit in a ₹8,000 to ₹18,000 a month band. Every plan includes personalized workouts, Indian nutrition and weekly progress reviews, so you can compare the sessions per month with a per-session booking.
Most people quit the gym by month 2. What results come from sticking with it?
Gym habits fade fast. Training at home makes sessions easier to keep, and the results depend on that consistency. Most clients feel stronger within 2 to 3 weeks, see their body change by weeks 6 to 8, and work toward a steady pace of roughly 0.5 to 1 kg of fat loss a week. The weekly review shows whether the habit is holding, so a slipping week is caught early.
