Women's Health Coach (PCOS / Prenatal / Postpartum)

The role

Most of our female clients come to us with PCOS, thyroid issues, postpartum recovery goals, or perimenopause questions that generic trainers mishandled. You will be the specialist they should have met first.

What you'll do

• Live 1-on-1 training built around cycles, hormones and medical realities
• Collaborate with clients' doctors - we coach alongside treatment, never instead of it
• Strength-first programming with condition-aware modifications
• Daily accountability and honest, judgement-free communication

Requirements

• ✓Recognised training certification - mandatory, verified
• ✓Additional credential or demonstrable depth in women's health (pre/postnatal cert, PCOS-focused work, etc.)
• ✓2+ years coaching women with hormonal or pre/postnatal considerations
• ✓Fluent, empathetic communication in English; Hindi a strong plus

Nice to have

• +Postpartum corrective exercise experience (diastasis recti awareness)
• +Experience with GLP-1 / medically-supervised weight loss clients
