Project Manager, Operations (MBA, Bangalore, Offline)

The role

You will be the person who makes sure YourTrainer runs on time, every day. Coaches, live classes, member onboarding, schedules and reports all pass through you. You work directly with the founder and turn decisions into processes the team actually follows. This is in-office in Bangalore, 6 days a week, 6 to 8 hours a day.

What you will work on

• The class calendar: coach slots, member bookings, and cover when a coach is away
• Member onboarding: from payment to the first class, with nothing missed
• Coach operations: rosters, attendance, and the monthly session counts behind payroll
• Weekly reports: what is working, what is slipping, and what you are doing about it
• Writing and fixing SOPs so the team doesn't run on memory
• Hiring coordination: shortlists, interview scheduling and joining
• Small projects end to end: you plan them, chase them and close them

• You are comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers, and you say clearly when something is off.
• You can talk to coaches, members and the founder in the same hour and keep each of them clear on what happens next.

Requirements

• ✓MBA or PGDM (completed, or in the final semester), ideally in Operations or General Management
• ✓Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: lookups, pivots and clean reports
• ✓Clear written and spoken English
• ✓Able to work in-office in Bangalore, 6 days a week

Nice to have

• +An internship or work experience in operations, project management or a startup
• +Experience in fitness, health, education or another service business
• +Comfort with tools like Notion, Trello, Jira or a CRM
