Coached from anywhere
Train at home, in your building gym or in a hotel. Your coach joins on video, wherever you are. No commute.
A fraction of UK trainer rates
A UK personal trainer averages £30 to £50 an hour, far more in London. Two sessions a week is £240 to £400 a month before a gym membership. Our coaching is one price for every member, the same as in India, set on your free call.

Vegetarian Protein in the UK
Where the protein comes from
Food you can buy this week, from an Indian grocer and a UK supermarket.
| Food | Where | How the coach uses it |
|---|---|---|
| Dal and chana | Indian grocer | Cook it thicker, and add a second protein food to the meal |
| Paneer | Indian grocer, Tesco, Sainsbury's | A 50 g serving is about a quarter of a 200 g block |
| Soya chunks | Indian grocer | The most protein for the calories in our members' logs |
| Dahi, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese | Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Lidl | An easy protein snack instead of fruit alone |
| Tofu and edamame | Any big supermarket | Works in bhurji, stir fry and curries |
| Eggs, if you eat them | Any supermarket | Two boiled eggs at breakfast |
Vegetarian protein, as members actually logged it
From member food logs, 19 Apr to 17 Sep 2026. Each row is the typical portion members logged, with its own calories and protein.
| Food | Typical portion | Calories, protein |
|---|---|---|
| Soya chunks | 75 g dry | 248 kcal, 39 g |
| Whey protein | 1 scoop | 120 kcal, 24 g |
| Boiled eggs, if you eat them | 2 eggs | 156 kcal, 13 g |
| Dal | 1 bowl | 150 kcal, 9 g |
| Paneer | 50 g | 133 kcal, 9 g |
| Dahi (curd) | 100 g | 61 kcal, 4 g |
Source: A sample of member food logs from the YourTrainer app, 19 April to 17 September 2026. Members only, aggregated, using the app's food-database values for the portion logged
The typical paneer serving was 50 g, about a quarter of a 200 g block. Many diet charts count 100 g or more, which doubles the protein on paper. Soya chunks did far more work for the calories.

Seeds and banana are easy to log and low in protein. The plan keeps them, and adds a protein food beside them.
