Ingredients

  • 🧀 150g paneer · 🌶️ 1/2 capsicum · 🧅 1/2 onion · 🍅 1 tomato
  • 🥛 4 tbsp thick Greek yogurt · 🧄 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 🌶️ 1 tsp tandoori masala · 🌿 1/2 tsp kasuri methi · 🧂 1 tsp lemon + 1 tsp mustard oil + spices

Steps

1 · MARINADE · 5 min

Whisk yogurt + ginger-garlic + spices + lemon + mustard oil into a thick paste. Yogurt must be thick — watery curd slides off.

2 · CUBE + COAT · 5 min

1-inch chunks of paneer + veg. Fold in. Rest 15 min minimum, overnight = best flavour.

3 · PREHEAT · 3 min

Air fryer → 200°C / 400°F. Light oil brush on basket (1/2 tsp).

4 · AIR FRY · 10 min

Single layer. 10 min at 200°C. Flip at 5-min mark. Look for char marks.

5 · FINISH · 2 min

Chaat masala + coriander + lemon. Mint chutney on the side. Skip the butter brush.
