Common questions
What decides what a personal trainer costs in India?
Format far more than city. In-person one-on-one in a metro sits at the top, group and online coaching considerably lower. The gap between formats is larger than the gap between Mumbai and a tier 2 city.
Is a personal trainer worth the money?
It is worth it when the cost buys individualised programming, nutrition support built around your kitchen, and progress tracking. It is not worth it when the premium is buying a nicer studio and a shared floor trainer.
Is online coaching cheaper than in-person?
Consistently, usually by 40 to 60 percent for comparable quality, because it removes travel time, which is the largest hidden cost in an Indian trainer's day.
What am I paying for in one hour with a trainer?
About an hour of live coaching: a mobility warm-up, around 10 spoken form corrections in a typical class, and a check on how you are in about 3 in 4 classes (a sample of our recorded classes, 17 Aug to 21 Oct 2026).
