Common questions
How many days a week should a beginner train?
Three days a week on non-consecutive days. It provides enough stimulus while leaving recovery time, and it survives a normal Indian work schedule, which is what actually determines results.
Can you build muscle with light dumbbells?
Yes. Muscle responds to effort close to failure rather than absolute load, so a 12 kg dumbbell taken to a genuinely hard fifteenth rep is a real stimulus.
