The role
Live online yoga for stressed desk workers, not performative Instagram flows. Strength-respecting, mobility-honest teaching.
What you'll do
- Teach live 1-on-1 and small-group sessions over video
- Adapt for tight hips, stiff backs and complete beginners
- Morning and evening slots across IST / US / Gulf timezones (flexible scheduling)

Requirements
- ✓200-hour YTT minimum - mandatory, verified
- ✓1+ year teaching live classes (online preferred)
- ✓Clear cueing in English; Hindi a strong plus
- ✓Reliable internet + camera setup for demonstration

- +500-hour YTT or therapy-oriented training
- +Prenatal yoga certification
